This poster is a commentary on how in a capitalist society, there is an emphasis on displaying wealth through clothing and outward appearances. It critiques the consumer culture promoted by capitalism where people are expected to purchase luxury items to achieve a certain image and status. It is satire of the priorities which people have in the society we live in.
